Refund Policy

Meirakami's services involve dedicated, custom-built work for each client. The refund terms below reflect the stage of work and the ongoing nature of the Retainer. For full contract terms, see our Terms of Service.

Hermes Agent Setup — $8,000 one-time

Before the discovery call: fully refundable. If you change your mind before we begin discovery, contact us within seven (7) days of payment for a full refund.

After discovery, before configuration begins: 50% refund. Once the discovery call has taken place but configuration work has not started, we will refund half of the Setup fee.

After configuration work begins: non-refundable. The Setup fee covers labor delivered on a fixed-scope basis. Once configuration work begins (typically within a week of the discovery call), the fee is non-refundable. We will still complete the work described in the engagement and provide the handoff.

Hermes Agent Retainer — $1,500 per month

The Retainer requires a three (3) month minimum commitment. After the minimum term, either party may end the Retainer with thirty (30) days' written notice.

Current month: non-refundable once billed. Monthly billing covers ongoing monitoring, scheduled work, and reserved capacity. The current month's fee is not refundable, prorated, or credited.

Minimum-term cancellation: if you cancel before completing the three-month minimum, you remain responsible for the remaining months of the minimum term unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Pause clause: in lieu of cancelling, you may pause the Retainer once per twelve (12) month period (see Terms § 4). During a pause, no fee is charged and the minimum term is extended by the length of the pause.

How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@meirakami.md with the purchase date and the Stripe receipt number. We acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and process approved refunds within seven (7) business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

If we materially fail to deliver the service as described — for example, the agent cannot be configured for technical reasons outside the Client's control, or we are unable to meet a documented commitment — we will issue a full refund of any unearned portion of the fee. These cases are handled individually; please reach out so we can review.
